Buildspark is a trading name of Buildonly Ltd (Company Number: 11280066), specialising in electrical services.

1. Services We Offer

Buildspark provides a range of professional electrical services, including:

Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR).
Electrical repairs and maintenance.
New electrical installations, including distribution boards.

12-Month Warranty:
All electrical repairs and installations include a 12-month labour warranty. When we install a distribution board, an Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) is issued at no extra charge.

2. Booking and Appointments

2.1 Booking Options:

2.2 Minimum Charge:

A minimum charge of £70 applies for the first hour of service.
After the first hour, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments, even if less than 30 minutes are required.

2.3 Appointment Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation upon booking. Please review the details carefully.

2.4 Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Late cancellations may incur fees at our discretion.

3. Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)

3.1 Fixed Fees: The fee for an EICR appointment is agreed upon in advance and covers the inspection regardless of the outcome.

3.2 Unsatisfactory Certificates: If the EICR is unsatisfactory, the fee remains payable. We will provide a list of remedial actions to rectify any issues.

3.3 Remedial Work:

If Buildspark completes the remedial work, the certificate is issued without additional charges.
If another provider performs the work, additional fees apply for us to revisit and issue the certificate.

4. Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via:

Bank transfer.
Online payment using secure platforms such as Stripe or other alternatives (details provided upon booking).
Cash upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 Pricing: Prices are provided during booking and listed on our website. Minimum charges and additional time increments (see Section 2.2) apply.

4.3 Late Payments: Interest may be charged on overdue payments in accordance with UK law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Access to Property: You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property where work is to be performed.

5.2 Accurate Information: Please provide accurate details about the required work. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays or additional charges.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using our services or booking system, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described below:

6.1 Information We Collect:

Personal Information: Name, address, email, and phone number, provided during bookings or inquiries.
Payment Details: Bank account information or online payment details (e.g., Stripe) to process payments.

8. Repairs and Installations

8.1 Warranty Details:

Electrical repairs and installations include a 12-month labour warranty.

When we install a distribution board, the installation is certified with an Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) at no extra cost.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for high-quality services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

10. Promotions and Offers

10.1 Special Offers: Occasionally, we may provide promotions, subject to specific terms outlined on our website.
